ILEA delivered training on fraudulent documentation and border interdiction

Today was the closing of the course on Fraudulent Documents and International Border Interdiction, which was held virtually throughout the week.

The training was delivered  by expert instructors from two important federal agencies of the United States of America, the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Forty-two law enforcement officers from Argentina, Bahamas, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Paraguay, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay and El Salvador participated in the training sessions. Topics covered included techniques related to import and export operations, documentation analysis, vehicle concealment methods and the detection of contraband.
