ILEA San Salvador committed to strengthening security in the region

ILEA San Salvador closed two important courses that will contribute greatly to the strengthening of transnational security. One related to Financial Investigation Techniques, which was taught by instructors from the Internal Revenue Service of the United States of America (IRS), with 37 law enforcement officials from Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, and El Salvador.

The second course was aimed at leading law enforcement supervisors and was developed by experts from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). Thirty-one law enforcement officials from Argentina, Belize and El Salvador were trained here in topics related to the new skills of law enforcement leaders and the three key pillars of leadership: people, processes and technology.

With this important contribution to the well-being and security of nations, ILEA recognizes the results obtained and reaffirms its commitment to continue working and providing training for more law enforcement officials to ensure effective crime fighting in the region.
