ILEA San Salvador has successfully completed the course on Post-Explosion Investigations.

The International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA San Salvador) has concluded its course on Post-Explosion Investigations, which was developed over a two-week period in collaboration with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives of the United States of America (ATF).

The objective of this training was to instruct law enforcement officers in various investigative techniques in order to recover and reconstruct an explosive device. Classes were conducted in a theoretical and practical manner, with instructors guiding students through the processing of a crime scene caused by the detonation of a bomb inside a vehicle.

Twenty-two officers from Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, and El Salvador participated in the course.
