ILEA San Salvador received the visit of a group of students of the Program Supérate Foundation ADOC, who are scholarship students from different public institutions of the municipality of Soyapango.
This activity is part of the Youth Program for the Prevention of Violence developed by ILEA, in coordination with institutions such as the Office for Anti-Narcotics Affairs and Law Enforcement of the Embassy of the United States in El Salvador (INL, for its acronym in English), and the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of El Salvador (FGR).
The goal is for young people to live a unique experience that leaves them with a positive teaching for their lives. They received a talk about the Juvenile Penal Law, in force in El Salvador, about the different manifestations of violence to which they may be exposed, and the rights enjoyed by children and adolescents.
In addition, they had the opportunity to interact with law enforcement officers from different Caribbean islands, who are receiving the Anti-gang course in our academy. They were motivated to move forward, to strive to fulfill their dreams and to continue their studies to be excellent professionals.
