DEA Developed Two Courses this Week at ILEA San Salvador

ILEA San Salvador in coordination with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), successfully closed two important courses aimed at combating drug trafficking.

The courses on Emerging Trends in Synthetic Drugs and Chemical Diversion Investigations were presented during one week at our facilities and a total of 44 law enforcement officers from Brazil, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama, Peru, Dominican Republic, Uruguay and El Salvador participated.

Both trainings included theoretical and practical classes, where the main objective was to teach the officers effective investigation techniques in order to identify and trace illegally produced substances.
