FBI trained officials on issues related to public corruption

The International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA San Salvador) concluded on Friday, October 18,  Public Corruption course, taught by specialized instructors of the Federal Bureau of Investigation of the United States of America (FBI for its acronyms in English).

Thirty-four officials representing the Bahamas, Guatemala, Guyana, Panama, Trinidad and Tobago and El Salvador participated in the training. They  will be responsible to convey all this knowledge learned to their colleagues upon returning to their workplaces.

Reinforcing   law enforcement officers’ knowledge in the area of public corruption is a priority for ILEA San Salvador, which is why we are working to provide them with adequate techniques for investigating, prosecuting and analyzing these crimes, so that they can criminally prosecute anyone who violates the rule of law.
