FLETC trained officers on Critical Communication Skills

This Friday we closed a Virtual Program for Instructors on Critical Officer-Citizen Communication Skills.

We are grateful for the support of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), who conducted this week-long training.

The course was designed to defuse conflict through a greater understanding of diverse communities and different styles of effective and critical communication as law enforcement officers go about their work.

The beneficiaries of this important knowledge exchange were 35 officers from Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Brazil, Colombia, Dominica, Ecuador, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Peru and El Salvador.
