This afternoon, the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA San Salvador), held the awards ceremony for alumni who won worldwide recognition for their success story in the category of Best Cooperation with Regional Partners.
The stories were selected from among the six ILEAs, and ILEA San Salvador alumni José Pablo Cortés from Costa Rica, Rolando Fossatti and Moisés Quintero from Panama, who met thanks to a course delivered by our academy, managed to obtain a place for their successful operation related to human smuggling.
The event was attended by the Acting Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the United States in El Salvador, William Bent, the Ambassador of Panama, David Palacios, and the Minister Counselor and Consul General of the Embassy of Costa Rica in El Salvador, José Inagaki.
