ILEA closed the training on leadership in moments of crisis

The International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA San Salvador), closed today the virtual course Leadership in a Crisis, which was taught by instructors from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), of the United States of America.

More than 40 law enforcement officers from Argentina, Honduras, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic and El Salvador were the recipients of important knowledge, including basic concepts of communication, leadership, critical thinking and decision making that are applicable in any situation, especially when there is a crisis.

As an academy, we continue to reinvent ourselves in order to meet our objectives and continue to provide our  high level of training that characterizes us in the region.
