ILEA graduates 47th promotion of the LELD course

After three intense weeks of training, the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA San Salvador) closed today the Law Enforcement Leadership Development Program (LELD, for its acronym in English).

39 law enforcement officers representing Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Peru and El Salvador received their diplomas today after successfully completing three modules, including theoretical and practical classes.

These sessions addressed topics such as 21st century leadership, border security, crisis communication, effective communication, security, decision making for leaders, among others.

Since the creation of ILEA, LELD has been the Academy's core course where outstanding leaders from different Latin American and Caribbean countries have been trained.
