ILEA San Salvador closed the course on Crime Scene Management and Forensic Work, which was taught by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This training lasted two weeks, during which participants had the opportunity to interact with their colleagues from other countries and share their knowledge, as well as to learn from expert instructors about advanced techniques for collecting evidence at various crime scenes.
The closing ceremony was attended by the Chief of the International Operations Division of the FBI's Global Training Unit, J.D. Shamwell, who thanked the justice officials for their contributions in class and encouraged them to share the knowledge acquired with their colleagues in their respective countries in order to achieve positive results in the fight against transnational crime.
