In the wake of the global COVID-19 situation, the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA San Salvador) has had to reinvent itself and now turns to online training in order to continue to professionalize the work of security forces in the region.
On this day, with the support of the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), ILEA successfully held its first online training course titled Virtual Drug Trafficking Emerging Trends.
A total of 35 law enforcement professionals from Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, and El Salvador attended this very important online training session; ILEA appreciates their effort, punctuality and dedication.
Amid the pandemic, with this new training modality, ILEA San Salvador takes another step forward, at the forefront of the new normal, and remains committed to providing training for law enforcement professionals in the region in order to help them fight crime more effectively.
