The International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA San Salvador), closed this Friday the course on identification of fraudulent documents and interdiction at international borders. This was developed during two weeks, jointly between the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement of the United States of America.
The training focused on teaching participants techniques on import and export operations, vehicle concealment methods, finding contraband, passenger and baggage processing, document analysis, inspection techniques, officer safety and the role of investigations in general.
Thirty law enforcement officials from Bahamas, Mexico, Peru and El Salvador participated in the course.
