The International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA San Salvador), developed a virtual training on Cyber Investigations and Case Studies. This training was taught by experienced instructors from the Federal Bureau of Investigation of the United States of America (FBI).
The objective was to briefly review how traditional crimes have transcended into the Internet, creating new problems and criminal techniques.
Thirty-eight law enforcement officers from Argentina, Belize, Brazil, Guyana, Mexico, Uruguay, and El Salvador participated in this learning journey.
With these courses, the academy remains steadfast in its commitment to professionalize the work of the region's law enforcement agencies to ensure an effective fight against transnational crime.
