After two weeks, the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA San Salvador), in coordination with the Drug Enforcement Administration of the United States of America (DEA), closed the Tactical Security and Planning course.
This training covered a variety of topics and practical activities that will enable law enforcement officers to strengthen and improve their operational and investigative work related to combating transnational organized criminal groups.
The course program was designed to provide combat skills through an introduction to Operational Raid Planning, Defensive Tactics, Virtual Shooting Practice, Tactical Medicine, and Low Light Training. A total of 31 officers from Brazil, Colombia, Honduras, Jamaica, Paraguay, El Salvador and Honduras participated in the course.
